Valstone, which is what most would call a ‘village’ and resides in a different age and dimension, will be the setting of our story. It has 2 school houses, rows and rows of lovely little homes, a big, bustling market, inns, bakeries, a bank, and all the other components that make a civilization.
Now, if you happen to be passing by, and you happen to enter the neighborhood, and you happen to travel straight down Nickel Street, and happen to then take a left on Penni Drive, you will find a neat little row of houses. And if you stroll up right in front of number 3606, you will arrive at the home of the Blank family.
Jacob Blank is 35 and works as a banker. He has brown eyes, black hair, and an olive complexion.
Margaret Blank is 32 years old and has a job as a saleswoman, selling various foods and items throughout the day. Margaret has a pale complexion, along with blue eyes and blond hair, which was uncommon at that era.
Jill Blank is 15 and takes care of her little sister when her mother and father are busy, which is just about all of the time. She resembles her mother, except she has even paler skin.
And last but not least, we have Lily Blank, the young heroine of this story. Lily is 8 and is soon to enter in the third grade. She resembles her father, but she too, has quite pale skin. This is the story of how she grows from a happy child to an independent young lady.
